yame kumbhe arke aje gavi śaśini tair eva tanugair nṛ yuktiṃ saha alisthaiḥ śaśija guru vakrair nṛ patayaḥ/
yama indū tuṅge aṅge savitṛ śaśijau ṣaṣṭha bhavane tulā aja indu kṣetraiḥ sa sita kuja jīvaiś ca narapau//(śikhariṇī)

When Saturn is in Aquarius, the Sun in Aries, the Moon in Taurus, these being in the ascendant, with Gemini containing Mercury, Jupiter, and Mars in Scorpio, rulers of men arise.
When Saturn and the Moon are in exaltation in the ascendant, the Sun and Mercury in the sixth sign, with the domiciles of Libra, Aries, and the Moon [occupied] by Venus, Mars, and Jupiter respectively, two rulers of men arise.
