lagnād vyaya ari gatayoḥ śaśi tigma raśmyoḥ patnyā saha eka nayanasya vadanti janma/
dyūnasthayor navama pañcama saṃsthayor vā śukra arkayor vikala dāram uśanti jātam//(va ti)

When the Moon and the Sun are in the twelfth and sixth houses from the ascendant, they say one is born one-eyed together with one's wife; / when Venus and the Sun are in the seventh, or in the ninth and fifth houses, they declare the native to have a disabled wife.
