dāyeśātsukhabhāgyasthe kendre vā lābhage'pi vā
lakṣmīkaṭākṣacihnāni gṛhe kalyāṇasambhavaḥ

If [the Moon] is in the fourth, ninth, an angular, or the eleventh house from the lord of the period, / there are signs of the gracious glance of Lakṣmī, and the arising of auspiciousness in the home;
