godānaṃ ca prakurvīta mṛtyuñjayajapaṃ caret
śaṅkarasya prasādena tataḥ sukhamavāpnuyāt
One should make a gift of a cow and perform the recitation of the Mṛtyuñjaya [mantra]; / then, by the grace of Śaṅkara, one will attain happiness.
