adhikāṅga yoga jñāna
saumye trikoṇasaṃsthe lagnāccheṣagrahargbalavihīnaḥ |
dviguṇāsyāpādahasto yoge'sminnāhito bhavati garbhaḥ ||
Knowledge of the yoga for extra limbs: / When a benefic is situated in a trine from the ascendant and the remaining planets are devoid of strength, / in this yoga, the embryo conceived comes to have doubled face, feet, and hands.
