binā śira paira, hātha ke janma kā yoga
bhaumayutā dreṣkāṇāstrikoṇalagneṣu saṃdṛṣṭāḥ |
vibhujāṅṛghrimastakaḥ syācchaniravicandrairvadedgarbhaḥ ||

Yoga of birth without head, feet, or hands: / When decanates associated with Mars in the trines or ascendant are aspected / by Saturn, the Sun, and the Moon, one should declare the fetus to be devoid of arms, feet, and head.
