9.44

yamala janma yoga jñāna
lagnanavabhāgatulyā mūrtirbalasaṃyutādgrahādvāpi |
navabhāgādvaṇoṃktiḥ śaśiyogāttatra sūtasya ||

Knowledge of the planetary combination for twin birth:
The appearance [of the newborn] is like the ninth division of the ascendant, or from the planet endowed with strength;
the declaration of complexion for the native born there is from the ninth division [or] from combination with the Moon.
