mārkaṇḍeyapurāṇe tu viśeṣaḥ|
uṣṭrarāsabhayānena yaḥ svapne dakṣiṇāṃ diśam|
prayāti taṃ cejjanīyāt sadyo mṛtyuṃ narādhipaḥ||

If the king should recognize him who in a dream goes to the southern direction
by a conveyance of camels or donkeys, [that man meets] immediate death.
