svasthaḥ prajñāviparyāsairindriyārtheṣu vaikṛtiḥ|
paśyanti yeṣu bahuśasteṣāṃ maraṇamādiśet||
Likewise:
"A healthy person, through perversions of intellect, [perceives] unnatural alterations in the objects of the senses; / one should predict death for those in whom they observe these frequently."
