ayogamabhiyogaṃ vā śarīre matimān bhiṣak|
khādīnāṃ yupadudṛṣṭvā bheṣajaṃ na vicārayet||

“An intelligent physician, observing an unnatural absence or excess in the bodily apertures
such as the sky-like openings, should not even consider medicine.”
