1.22

kaṭyudaralakṣaṇamāha—
siṃhakaṭirmanujendraḥ kapikarabhakaṭirdhanaiḥ parityaktaḥ
samajaṭharā bhogayutā ghaṭapiṭharanibhodarāḥniḥsvāḥ

He states the characteristics of the waist and belly:
One with a lion-like waist is a ruler of men; one with a waist like a monkey's or a young camel's is forsaken by wealth;
those with symmetrical bellies possess enjoyment; those with bellies like a jar or a cooking pot are destitute.
