cibukādharalakṣaṇamāhaatikṛśadīrghaiścibukairnidrvyā māṃsalairdhanopetāḥ
bimbopamairavakrairadharairbhūpāstanubhirniḥsvāḥ
He states the characteristics of the chin and lower lip:
With very thin and long chins, men are penniless; with fleshy ones, they possess wealth.
With straight lower lips resembling a bimba fruit, they become kings; with thin lips, they are destitute.
