1.65-2

jalacchāyā lakṣaṇamāhasnigdhāsitācchaharitānayanābhirāmā
saubhāgyamārdavasukhābhyudayānkaroti
sarvārthasiddhijananī jananī ca cāpyā
chāyāphalaṃ tanubhṛtāṃ śubhamādadhāti

He states the characteristics of the water-radiance:
Glossy, black, clear, greenish, pleasing to the eyes,
it produces good fortune, gentleness, happiness, and prosperity;
bringing about the accomplishment of all aims, the watery radiance is a mother
that bestows auspicious fruit upon embodied beings.
