1.68-2

chāyāḥ krameṇa kujalāgnyanilāmbarotthāḥ
kecidvadanti daśa tāśca yathānupūrvyāḥ
sūryābjanābhapuruhūtayamoḍupānāṃ
tulyāstu lakṣaṇaphalairiti tatsamānāḥ

Some say that the radiances arising successively from earth, water, fire, wind, and sky
are ten in regular sequence,
equal to the Sun, Lotus-navel [Viṣṇu], Puruhūta [Indra], Yama, and the Moon
in their marks and results, and thus equivalent to them.
