lalāṭalakṣaṇamāha—
unnatavipulaiḥ śaṃkhairddhanyā nimnaiḥ sutārthasantyaktāḥ
viṣamalalāṭā vidhanā dhanavanto'rddhendusadṛśena

He states the characteristics of the forehead:
With elevated and broad temples, they are fortunate; with sunken ones, devoid of sons and wealth;
with an uneven forehead, they are penniless; with one shaped like a crescent moon, they are wealthy.
