jaṅgalakṣaṇamāhapraviralatanuromavṛttajaṅghādviradakarapratimairvarorubhiśca
upacitasamajānavaśca bhūpā dhanarahitāḥ śvaśṛgālatulyajaṅghāḥ

He states the characteristics of the shanks:
With very sparse, fine hair, round shanks, and excellent thighs resembling an elephant's trunk,
and with fleshy, symmetrical knees, men are kings; those with shanks like a dog's or a jackal's are devoid of wealth.
