nābhiḥsvaraṃ sattvamiti pradiṣṭaṃ gambhīrametattritayaṃ narāṇām
uro lalāṭaṃ vadanaṃ ca puṃsāṃ vistīrṇametattritayaṃ praśastam
The navel, the voice, and vitality—this triad of men is declared deep;
the chest, the forehead, and the face of men—this triad is praised as broad.
