13.35

digadhīśāṣṭakaṃ bāhme tathā caiva dhvajāṣṭakam ||
madhyamādiṣu vinyasya dineśādikrameṇa ca ||

The group of eight directional regents on the outside, and likewise eight banners, / having placed [them] in the center and the [other positions] in the order beginning with the Sun;
