śatruviṣayaṃ didhakṣor anyatrārkodayāc chubhāgneyī/
na viśākhārohiṇyuttareṣu divasasya pūrvāhṇe//
For one desiring to burn an enemy's territory, the south-eastern direction is auspicious except at sunrise; / not so during the forenoon of the day under Viśākhā, Rohiṇī, or the Uttara [lunar mansions].
