janmarkṣodayalagne tad api yayor vā yiyāsataḥ praśne/
triṣaḍekādaśaśīrṣodayeṣu mārgeṣu ca jayaḥ syāt//

In a horary query of one intending to depart, when the rising ascendant is the natal lunar mansion or [natal ascendant], or either of the two, / and the third, sixth, or eleventh [houses], or signs rising by the head [prevail], there will be victory on the marches.
