「菩薩生時，其聲清徹，柔軟和雅，如迦羅頻伽鳥聲。」於是頌曰：
“When he was born, the Bodhisattva’s voice was clear, gentle, and harmonious like the voice of a kalaviṅka bird.”
The Buddha then spoke in verse:
