「『當捨我人想，獨處修慈心，
除欲無臭穢，乃得生梵天。』
“‘Discard concepts of self and person,
Dwell alone and cultivate kindness,
Remove desires, and be unpolluted,
Then you’ll be born in the Brahma Heaven.’
