“Some ascetics and priests create such theories and such views as this: ‘After this life ends, I’ll be born with form and conceptions. This is true; the rest is false.’ This is the first view. As a result of creating theories about conception in future eons and claiming that the world will have conceptions, those ascetics and priests don’t go beyond these sixteen views.
