“There are another three things, which are three roots of desiring birth: First is being born as a human or god as a result of present desire, second is being born in the Nirmāṇarati Heaven as a result of desiring transformation, and third is being born in the Paranirmitavaśavartin Heaven because of desiring the transformation of others.
