13. Skt. (Mat.) has, in addition, apīdānīṃ tasyā devatāyā varṇānubhāvena sarvaṃ jetavanam udāreṇāvabhāsena sphuṭam abhūt (“At this moment, through the power of the divine being’s appearance, the whole of Jetavana became filled with exalted splendor”). This accords with the framing narrative of The Devatā Sūtra (Toh 329).
