While the Potala manuscript has svalaṃkṛtāś citramanojñaghoṣāḥ for this line, the Gilgit Buddhist Manuscript 1 reads svalaṃkṛtāś citramanojñaveṣāḥ, which more closely aligns with the use of cha byad (Skt. veṣa), i.e. “garments,” in the Tibetan. The Cambridge MS appears to read varṇṇāḥ (“coverings”).
