Homage to the thus-gone, worthy, fully and perfectly awakened Śākyamuni!
tadyathā| muni muni mahāmunaye⁵ svāhā ⁶
When one has recited this once, whatever negative actions one has committed during eighty trillion⁷ kalpas, will all be purified.
