teṣāṃ śītāntapatrā nāmāparājitā || mahāpratyaṃgirā mahāvidyārājñī ||
prathamacittotpāda || dharmmo deśanāsaṃbhāṣamupadāya || yāvadanuttarāyā
saṃmyaksaṃboddhi || mabhisaṃbuddhānāṃ yāvanupaddhiśeṣa || nirvānadhātau
parinivṛttānāṃ || yāvat sadharmāntarahāri || etasminuttare ||
yatkīcitkuśalamūlaṃ || ṣatpāramitā pratisaṃyuktaṃ || yacca tekhāṃ śrāvaka ||
yāna saṃprasthitāṃ || dānamayaṃ puṇyakriyāvastu śṛṇvanti || śīlamayaṃ
puṇyakriyāvastu || bhāvanāmayaṃ

Regarding them, through this queen of great spells named Sitātapatrā Aparājitā Mahāpratyaṅgirā, from their first arousal of the mind [of awakening], their teaching and expounding of the Dharma, up to their realization of unexcelled, perfect awakening, up to their passing into parinirvāṇa in the realm of nirvāṇa without remainder, and until the disappearance of the True Dharma—during this interval, whatever root of virtue connected with the six perfections, and whatever basis of meritorious action consisting in giving of those who have set forth in the hearer vehicle they hear of, the basis of meritorious action consisting in morality, consisting in cultivation…'
