佛說偈時即放光明烈照天地，三塗八難莫不歡喜，各得其所。國王和默聞說妙法，又覩光明甚大歡喜，即得道迹；病母聞法，五情悅豫所患消除。二百梵志覩佛光相，重聞其言，慚愧悔過，願為弟子。佛盡受之，皆作沙門各得如願。王及大臣請佛供養一月乃去，以法治正國遂興隆。
[In consequence of this sermon and the exhibition of the glorious body of Buddha, they were converted, and became disciples.]
