73. rigs pa dang grol ba here and below describes two qualities of pratibhāna (spobs pa), “inspired speech,” or “eloquence,” which is a requisite quality of a qualified Dharma preacher: the ability to preach the Dharma in a “coherent” (yukta) and “free,” as in “fluid” and “fluent” (mukta), manner.
