pañca + ānantarya-karaṇān mithyā-dṛṣṭi-graheṇa vā | grāma-ādi-bhedanād vā + api mūla-āpattir jina-uditā ||

or committing the five actions of immediate retribution, holding false views, / or destroying villages and the like, is proclaimed a root downfall by the Jina;
