The Awakening of Mahāvairocana 6.20

6.20

佛告金剛手：「此一切真言，
真王救世者，成就大威德，
即是正等覺，法自在牟尼。
破諸無智暗，如日輪普現，
是我之自體，大牟尼加持，
利益眾生故，應化作神變。
乃至令一切，隨思願生起，
悉能為施作，神變無上句。
故當一切種，淨身離諸垢，
應理常勤修，志願佛菩提。」

The Buddha told Vajrapāṇi: "All these mantras,
The true king and savior of the world, accomplishing great majesty,
Are precisely the Fully Enlightened One, the Sage sovereign over phenomena.
Dispelling the darkness of all ignorance, appearing everywhere like the sun disc,
They are my own essence, the adhiṣṭhāna of the Great Sage.
For the benefit of sentient beings, he manifests transformations,
Even causing all things to arise according to thoughts and wishes,
Able to perform them all, the unexcelled state of supernatural transformations.
Therefore, in every way, purify the body and leave behind all defilements;
Constantly cultivate diligently in accord with the principle, dedicating your aspiration to the Buddha's bodhi."
