167. Following Kalyāṇamitra, read las ’thob for las thos. Kalyāṇamitra (F.292.6–7) explains that “sentence” (Tib. las, Skt. karma) here refers to a “punitive act” (Tib. chad pa’i las, Skt. daṇḍakarman).
