15.69

不犯者，若在食家中有寶坐，舒手得及戶，使乞食比丘見；若有二比丘為伴；若有識別人在邊；或有客人在一處不盲不聾；或從前過不住，或卒病倒地，或力勢者所持，或被繫閉，或命難、或梵行難，不犯。

There is no āpatti: if when sitting in a passionate family where there are valuables, he can reach the door by extending his arm and is visible to an alms-seeking bhikṣu; if he has two bhikṣus as companions; if there is a discerning person nearby; if there is a guest in the same place who is neither blind nor deaf; if he passes in front without staying; if he suddenly falls to the ground through illness; if he is forcibly detained; if he is tied up and confined; or if there is danger to life or danger to celibacy.
