15.78

不犯者，有二比丘為伴；若有識別人在邊；或有客人在一處不盲不聾；或從前過不住；或卒病倒地；或為力勢所持；或被繫閉；或命難、或梵行難，不犯。

There is no āpatti: if there are two bhikṣus as companions; if there is another person of discernment beside them; or if there is a guest present who is neither blind nor deaf; or if passing by in front without lingering; or if suddenly falling to the ground from illness; or if held by someone with force; or if bound and locked up; or if there is danger to life; or if there is danger to the brahma-practice—there is no āpatti.
