「若比丘！與比丘、比丘尼、式叉摩那、沙彌、沙彌尼衣，後不語主還取著者，波逸提。
If a monk consecrate the robes of any monk, Bikṣuṇī, Sikkhamāna, Sāmaṇera, or Sāmaṇerī, without asking the express permission of the superior, it pācittiya.
