1.53

"If two householders or householders' wives prepare robe-funds for a bhikṣu, intending to take such robe-funds to buy such a robe and give it to bhikṣu so-and-so, and this bhikṣu, without having previously received an invitation from the householders, goes to the homes of the two householders and says: 'Good householders, prepare such-and-such robe-funds and give them to me, combining them to make one robe, so that it may be fine,' if he obtains the robe, it is a niḥsargika-pāyattika.
