「若比丘，別眾食，波夜提；除因緣。因緣者，病時、作衣時、欲道行時、欲船上行時、大會時、外道沙門施食時，是名因緣。
"If a bhikṣu eats in a separate group, it is a prāyaścittika; except on an occasion. The occasion is a time of sickness, a time of robe-making, when about to travel on a road, when about to travel by boat, at a great assembly, or when non-Buddhist śramaṇas offer food; this is called an occasion.
