「若比丘，餘比丘如法諫時，作如是語：『我不學此戒，乃至問有智慧持戒律者，我當難問。』波逸提。欲求解者，應當難問。

"If a bhikṣu, when being admonished in accordance with the Dharma by another bhikṣu, speaks thus: 'I will not train in this precept until I ask one who is wise and upholds the Vinaya precepts; I shall interrogate him,' it is a pāyattika. If one wishes to seek understanding, one ought to inquire and examine.
