「若比丘，作覆瘡衣，當應量作。是中量者，長佛四磔手，廣二磔手。若過成者，波逸提。

"If a bhikṣu makes an itch-covering cloth (kaṇḍupratichādana), he must make it according to measure. The measure herein is four spans of the Buddha in length and two spans in width. If it exceeds that and is finished, it is a pāyattika.
