1.52

「若比丘，先與比丘衣，後瞋恚，若自奪，若使人奪取：『還我衣來，不與汝。』是比丘應還衣；取衣者，尼薩耆波逸提。

"If a bhikṣu first gives a robe to a bhikṣu and later becomes angry, and either takes it back himself or sends someone to take it, saying, 'Give me back my robe, I will not give it to you,' that bhikṣu must return the robe; and the one who took the robe commits a niḥsargika-pāyattika.
