Four-Part Prātimokṣa for the Saṃgha 1.8

1.8

「諸大德！我已說四波羅夷法。若比丘犯一一波羅夷法，不得與諸比丘共住如前，後亦如是。是比丘得波羅夷罪，不應共住。今問諸大德：是中清淨不？（如是三說）

"Venerable sirs! I have recited the four pārājika dharmas. If a bhikṣu commits any one of these pārājika dharmas, he is not permitted to dwell together with the bhikṣus as before, and so it is thereafter. This bhikṣu has incurred a pārājika offence and should not dwell together [with the Saṃgha]. Now I ask the venerable sirs: Are you pariśuddha in this? (Spoken three times in this manner)
