「若比丘，展轉食，除餘時，波逸提。餘時者，病時、施衣時，此是時。

"If a bhikṣu eats a succession of meals, except on a proper occasion, it is a pāyattika. Here, the proper occasion is: a time of illness, or a time of offering robes; these are the proper occasions.
