1.96

「若比丘，知他比丘足食竟，若受請，不作餘食法，殷勤請與食：『大德！取是食。』以是因緣，非餘，欲使他犯者，波逸提。

"If a bhikṣu knows that another bhikṣu has finished eating his fill, or has accepted an invitation, and without performing the leftover-food rite, earnestly invites him and offers food, saying: 'Bhadanta! Take this food'—doing so solely with this motive, wishing to cause the other to commit an offense—it is a pāyattika.
