「次九人使者天女印。各手內縛，各風火延竪應調，左右三返舞喜悅相，即念我一切眾生與安樂。是使者悉皆我為使人。即真言曰：

"Next, the mudrā of the nine messenger devīs: Form the inner-bound fist with each hand, extend the wind and fire fingers upright properly adjusted, dance to the left and right three times with an expression of joy, and contemplate: 'I grant peace and happiness to all sentient beings.' All these messengers serve as my attendants. The mantra is:"
