「次大法全轉印。左右地風開去如牛角，左右空水火掌中屈入，左手上向右向上，左右地風末（一）所合相，右火末左地風著，左火末右地末著。奉迴明曰：
"Next, the Mudrā of the Total Turning of the Great Dharma. Spread the left and right earth and wind fingers apart like ox horns. Bend the left and right thumbs, water fingers, and fire fingers into the palms, with the left hand facing upward and the right hand facing upward. Join the tips of the left and right earth and wind fingers together in one place; touch the left earth and wind fingers with the tip of the right fire finger, and touch the right earth tip with the tip of the left fire finger.
