「誦呪一遍，黃色線結作十三結，繫項。上來所說陀羅尼句及我所說，悉是過去九十九億諸佛所說。其有讀誦書寫之者，現身當得金剛幢三昧，所有結使摧滅無餘，拔眾生苦。如上所說神力自在不可限量。」

"Recite the spell once; tie thirteen knots in yellow thread and tie it around the neck. The verses of the dhāraṇī spoken above and what I have spoken were all spoken by ninety-nine hundred million past Buddhas. If anyone reads, recites, and writes it down, they will attain the vajraketu-samādhi in their present body, all their fetters will be crushed and destroyed without remainder, and the suffering of sentient beings will be eradicated. Its sovereign spiritual power as spoken above is immeasurable."
