4.128

呪水七遍，𠹀面三過，殘水飲之。作麻繩，常於朝時以用絞項，使病人面東向坐。一日不差，乃至七日。

Empower water with the spell seven times, spray the face three times, and drink the leftover water. Make a hemp cord, and constantly in the morning use it to encircle the neck, having the patient sit facing east. If not cured in one day, continue up to seven days.
