呪五升水三遍，著半雞子黃、許鹽、樑上塵、釜底黑塵墨各一掌許，煮七迴，三遍呪，煮竟亦三遍呪。於日初出時，七遍洗瘡七遍呪。

Empower five sheng of water with the spell three times; add half an egg yolk, a little salt, dust from the roof beams, and soot from the bottom of a cauldron, each about one palmful. Boil it seven times, recite the spell three times; when boiling is finished, also recite the spell three times. At sunrise, wash the sores seven times and recite the spell seven times.
