"I, Sunetra Bodhisattva, have now come from the realm of the Buddha Candrasūryapradīpa to this Sahā World for the sake of the great arhats who wish to attain the first dhyāna, the three vidyās, and the six supernormal powers. I now wish to speak a dhāraṇī spell to make them swiftly accomplish this, removing the defilements of their habit-fetters as well as subtle obstacles, purifying their divine eye, their karmic traces of the knowledge of past lives, and clarifying their knowledge of the minds of others, all future events, the names of lands, the lifespans and numbers of kalpas of the assemblies of disciples, all supernormal occurrences, the unobstructed hearing of the ear faculty regarding the affairs of a hundred Buddha-worlds, the supernormal bodily power to fly through the air without hindrance by stony mountains, and having extinguished feeling and perception, the destruction of the outflows is now spoken of completely. There is a dhāraṇī spell named Ou'anbozhilu (in the language of Jin: 'all burdens are completely exhausted, fully endowed with the three vidyās, the six supernormal powers, and the eight liberations').
